This is such a great brekkie for a crowd.  Or just for two. So vary your amounts accordingly.

Smoked salmon
eggs – boiled
avocado sliced
red onion finely sliced
capers drained
lemon wedges

Arrange on a pretty platter along side some freshly toasted whole wheat bread with salt & pepper and dried chili flakes.
