We did the mash.
When you’re trying to be good, but all you want is a steaming bowl of Mash! You can actually have it all.
Simply steam a whole head of Cauliflower with larger green leaves taken off.
Remove carefully from the pot. Place into a blender. Depending on how good you really want to be, choose to add from the following – a splash of half and half and a tablespoon of butter. So good, but a bit naughty.
Or…1/2 cup yoghurt. Nice and not very naughty.
Or…1/2 cup vegetable stock. Quite nice and totally healthy.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper then blend all together until deliciously smooth.
